Mehdi YILDIRIM, publishing as Logosmind in Istanbul, Türkiye, is responsible for the information handled through logosmind.app and studio support. This policy covers the website and correspondence; game-specific practices are explained in the policies below.

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Technical requests can include your IP address, requested page, browser and device information, request time and security signals. We use this processing to deliver pages, maintain availability and investigate technical issues.

Cloudflare’s cookie-free Web Analytics measures page performance and aggregate visits, including page and referrer URLs and a per-page identifier. It does not use browser storage to track visitors across websites. Logosmind does not use this site for behavioural advertising or player profiling.

With your permission, we count store-link clicks in aggregate using Cloudflare Analytics Engine. We record the game, store, page and limited campaign categories, without cookies or an identifier. 3. Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and the attachments or device details you choose to send. We use them to respond, resolve the issue and maintain relevant support records. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card details.

Website delivery and security rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website. Support information is used to respond to your request, fulfil applicable service obligations and meet legal requirements. Where processing requires consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
