A SUNNY LITTLE FARM

One flock moves.
The whole board changes.

Captured from the Godot development build on 11 October 2026. Interface, levels and balance may change before release.

HOW BAA JAM PLAYS

Drag. Match.
Watch them run.

Every level is a little fenced field with coloured gates around it. Each flock is one solid piece: plan the order and make room for the big ones.

  1. 01

    Drag a flock

Slide a flock across the grass. It moves as one piece and stops at fences, hay bales and other sheep.

  2. 02

    Match the gate

A flock leaves through a gate of its own colour that is at least as wide as the flock. Out it goes, round the lane and into the barn.

  3. 03

    Beat the sunset

Clear the field before the sun goes down. Stuck? Undo a move or call in a booster from the farm.

MEET THE FLOCK

Every breed
has a trick.

New breeds join the farm as you play, each with one clear rule. Collect them all in My Flock.

A pink meadow sheep

Meadow

The everyday flock. Find its gate and lead it home.

A blue ram with curled horns

Ram

Stubborn: it only walks the way its arrows point.

A merino sheep with a yellow outer coat

Merino

Two coats. The first gate shears the outer one.

A sleepy purple sheep in a striped nightcap

Dozy

Naps until enough flocks have left the field.

An orange bell-wether with a bell on a blue collar

Bell-wether

Its ribbon colour opens a padlocked gate.

A little mint lamb with a pink bow

Lamb

Must be home before its moves run out.

A shaggy grey sheep with long locks

Shaggy

Hides its colour until a flock leaves next to it.

A sunny yellow sheep wearing sunflowers

Sunny

Going home keeps the sun up a little longer.

A LITTLE HELP FROM THE FARM

Undo, shade,
shear or whistle.

Every level can be solved without help. When a board gets tricky, three boosters join the farm along the way, each with two free uses to try.

Coins come from winning levels. Prices and rewards may change during testing.

A few answers.

What kind of game is Baa Jam?

Baa Jam is a cozy 3D sliding puzzle. Drag each flock of sheep across the grid and out through the gate of its colour, then watch them gallop round the lane into the barn. Clear the board before the sun sets.

Can I play Baa Jam now?

Baa Jam is currently in TestFlight testing with a small group of testers. It is not yet available on the App Store or Google Play, and there is no announced release date.

Which devices and languages are planned?

Baa Jam is being made for iPhone and iPad first, and an Android version for Google Play is in preparation. The game supports English and Turkish.

How many levels are there?

The current test build has 50 levels in its first world, with eight sheep breeds and three boosters. More worlds are in development for the public release.

Will Baa Jam have ads or purchases?

Baa Jam is planned as a free game. Optional rewarded ads will offer bonuses such as extra coins, a booster or more time, and short ads may appear between levels, never during one. A purchase that removes the ads between levels is planned. The current test build shows no ads and has no purchases.
