Email support@logosmind.app with “Baa Jam” in the subject. Include the app version/build, device model, iOS or Android version, language, the level number and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot or short screen recording helps. Do not send passwords, receipts or authentication tokens.
Local saves and test builds
Your progress, coins and boosters are saved on your device. There is no account or cloud save to restore them from our servers, so do not delete the app or its data while troubleshooting. Baa Jam is currently in TestFlight testing, and a Google Play closed test is being prepared, so levels, features and balance can change during testing.
Stuck on a level?
Every level can be solved without boosters. A flock leaves only through a gate of its own colour that is at least as wide as the flock, and big L- and T-shaped flocks need room to turn the corner. Try moving the flocks that block the most gates first, use Undo to take back a move, and restart from the pause menu if the sun is running low.
