1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MewMeow Escape and form a legally binding agreement between you and Mehdi YILDIRIM, the developer and publisher of MewMeow Escape (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
MewMeow Escape is made available under the Logosmind storefront and brand. Logosmind is a commercial name and storefront used by the Developer and is not a separate legal entity.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MewMeow Escape, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Developer’s Privacy Policy, and any applicable terms and conditions of the platform through which you download or access the game, including the applicable terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, access, or use MewMeow Escape.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
These Terms are originally prepared in English. Translations may be provided for convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version will prevail.
The current development preview does not enable production advertisements, telemetry uploads or real-money purchases. Test-only reward and store interfaces do not represent live ads or paid transactions. References below to purchases and advertising apply only where those features are enabled.
2. Eligibility and Younger Users
MewMeow Escape is intended for a general audience and is not intended for children under the age of 13.
You must be at least 13 years old to download, access, or use MewMeow Escape. By downloading, accessing, or using the game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are under the age of legal majority in the country or region where you live, you may use MewMeow Escape only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
For users in Japan, the age of legal majority is 18. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use MewMeow Escape only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of MewMeow Escape, including purchases, advertising interactions, privacy choices, and applicable device, Apple App Store, or Google Play parental controls.
MewMeow Escape does not knowingly permit users under 13 to use the game or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires parental or legal-guardian consent for the processing of a minor’s personal information, such consent will be obtained or the relevant processing will be restricted as required by law.
We do not knowingly serve personalized or interest-based advertising to minors where such advertising is prohibited by applicable law, platform rules, or advertising-service requirements.
If we become aware that a user is below the minimum permitted age or is using MewMeow Escape without any legally required parental or guardian permission, we may restrict or terminate access and take reasonable steps regarding associated personal information as required by applicable law.
3. Personal License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable terms of the platform through which you obtain MewMeow Escape, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, access, and use MewMeow Escape solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control.
This license does not transfer to you any ownership right or other proprietary interest in MewMeow Escape or any part of the game.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use MewMeow Escape or any part of it outside the scope of the license granted by these Terms.
You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, proprietary, or other legal notices appearing in or with MewMeow Escape.
The license granted under this Section automatically terminates if you materially breach these Terms, subject to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Game Content, Virtual Items and Game Economy
MewMeow Escape may include virtual currencies such as Fish and Gems, collectible cats, styles, skills, boosters, rewards, missions, scores, progress, and other virtual items or game features.
Virtual items are licensed for use only within MewMeow Escape. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, virtual items do not have real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, cannot be transferred outside the game, and do not give you ownership of any underlying game content or intellectual property.
Some virtual items may be earned through gameplay, missions, rewards, advertisements, promotions, chance-based features, or other in-game activities. Other virtual items may be made available through purchases where enabled.
Certain virtual items may affect gameplay, including by providing additional rewards, hints, abilities, bonuses, or other in-game benefits.
The Developer may reasonably modify the availability, characteristics, balancing, cost, rewards, functionality, or presentation of virtual items and game systems where necessary for game development, balancing, security, legal compliance, or fair operation.
The Developer may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, remove, correct, reverse, or adjust virtual items or virtual currency that were obtained as a result of fraud, payment reversal, technical error, bug, exploit, unauthorized method, or other unintended operation of the game.
Where virtual items have been acquired through a paid transaction, any modification, restriction, discontinuation, or other treatment of those items remains subject to applicable consumer law, platform rules, and mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Purchases and Payments
MewMeow Escape may offer optional purchases of Gems, virtual items, or other digital content through the platform on which the game is made available.
Purchases made through the iOS version of MewMeow Escape are processed through Apple’s applicable In-App Purchase system, and purchases made through the Android version are processed through Google Play’s applicable billing system.
The price, currency, applicable taxes, payment method, and other transaction information displayed by Apple or Google at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
The Developer does not directly collect or store your full payment-card information for purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the item, quantity, and price displayed on the applicable purchase screen.
Except where required by applicable law or platform rules, virtual items and virtual currency are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable outside MewMeow Escape, and may be used only for the in-game purposes for which they are made available.
Refunds, billing disputes, unauthorized transactions, charge reversals, and other payment-related requests are subject to the procedures and rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through which the purchase was made, together with any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
If a platform informs the Developer that a transaction was cancelled, reversed, refunded, fraudulent, or not successfully paid, the Developer may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules, remove or adjust the corresponding virtual items or entitlements.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising purchases made by minors under their care and are encouraged to use available device and storefront parental and purchase controls.
MewMeow Escape does not currently offer subscriptions. If subscriptions are introduced in the future, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, and other required information will be disclosed before purchase.
6. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
Production advertising is not enabled in the current development preview. The provisions in this Section describe advertising only where it is enabled in a later disclosed release; local test reward interfaces are not advertisements.
MewMeow Escape may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. Depending on your location, age, device settings, privacy choices, applicable law, and platform requirements, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or contextual.
Personalized advertising may use information about your device, advertising identifiers, app activity, approximate location, interests, or other permitted signals to select advertisements that may be more relevant to you.
Where applicable law or platform rules require consent, permission, or another privacy choice before personalized advertising or tracking may occur, such advertising or tracking will be subject to the required consent, permission, or choice.
MewMeow Escape may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Where available, you may choose to view an advertisement in exchange for a clearly identified in-game reward. Reward amounts, advertisement availability, viewing limits, and eligibility may vary and are not guaranteed.
Viewing a rewarded advertisement does not require you to purchase, download, subscribe to, or otherwise engage with the advertised third-party product or service in order to receive the stated in-game reward.
The Developer does not control the content, availability, products, services, websites, or privacy practices of third-party advertisers. The appearance of an advertisement in MewMeow Escape does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser or its products or services.
Advertising partners may process certain information in connection with serving, measuring, securing, limiting, or personalizing advertisements. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly serve personalized or interest-based advertising to users where such advertising is prohibited by applicable law, platform rules, or advertising-service requirements.
7. Chance-Based Features and Rewards
MewMeow Escape may include chance-based or randomized gameplay features, such as the Wheel of Luck, that provide virtual in-game rewards.
Chance-based features do not award cash, cash-equivalent prizes, or any right to redeem rewards for real-world money or property.
The availability, frequency, eligibility requirements, reward pools, reward amounts, probabilities, and presentation of chance-based features may vary and may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for game balancing, development, security, legal compliance, or fair operation.
Where applicable law or platform rules require disclosure of probabilities or other information relating to a paid randomized feature, the required information will be provided before the relevant purchase or participation.
The Developer does not guarantee that any particular reward will be received from a chance-based feature.
Any rewards obtained through chance-based features are subject to the rules applicable to virtual items under these Terms.
8. Local Save and Game Progress
MewMeow Escape currently stores game progress and certain game data locally on your device. This may include progress, Fish, Gems, unlocked cats, styles, skills, missions, settings, scores, and other in-game records.
MewMeow Escape does not currently require an account and does not currently provide cloud save or cross-device synchronization.
Deleting the game, deleting or resetting application data, losing or replacing your device, restoring your device, changing devices, or otherwise erasing local storage may permanently remove locally stored game progress and other game data.
The Developer does not guarantee that locally stored progress or other game data can be recovered after it has been deleted, corrupted, lost, or otherwise removed from the device.
Where purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, records of those transactions may be maintained separately by the applicable platform. However, consumable virtual currency or virtual items may not necessarily be restorable after they have been used, lost, or removed with local game data, except where restoration is required by applicable law or platform rules.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or platform rules in relation to a completed paid transaction.
9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use MewMeow Escape only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- use MewMeow Escape in violation of applicable law or the rights of any person or third party;
- copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit MewMeow Escape except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
- use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, exploits, modified clients, unauthorized software, or similar methods to manipulate gameplay, rewards, scores, virtual currency, advertising, purchases, or other game systems;
- circumvent security, purchase controls, parental controls, advertising systems, access restrictions, or technical protections;
- attempt unauthorized access to the game, software, systems, services, servers, or related infrastructure;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or impair MewMeow Escape, Logosmind, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, advertising services, or related services;
- distribute modified, cracked, pirated, or unauthorized copies of MewMeow Escape;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, underlying structure, or non-public technical information except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
- exploit bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, preview systems, reward systems, or unintended behavior to unfairly obtain benefits or materially disrupt the game;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract MewMeow Escape content or data;
- use MewMeow Escape, its artwork, characters, code, audio, game content, or other materials to develop, train, fine-tune, enhance, evaluate, or provide source material for any artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or generative-AI system without the Developer’s prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
- use MewMeow Escape or its content for unauthorized commercial exploitation or the development of competing products or services.
The Developer may take reasonable measures to investigate, prevent, restrict, or respond to suspected violations of this Section, including restricting access to affected features or terminating the license granted under these Terms where appropriate.
Nothing in this Section restricts activities that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be prohibited by contract.
10. Ownership and Intellectual Property
MewMeow Escape, including its software, source and object code, game design, gameplay systems, levels, characters, cat designs, artwork, animations, graphics, user interface, text, sounds, music, visual elements, logos, names, branding, and other original content, is owned by the Developer or used by the Developer under applicable licenses.
The MewMeow Escape name, Logosmind name, associated logos, branding, and other identifiers may be protected by trademark, copyright, unfair competition, or other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no right, title, license, or ownership interest in MewMeow Escape or any related intellectual property is transferred to you.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from MewMeow Escape content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
Third-party software, libraries, services, fonts, music, artwork, platform materials, advertising content, and other third-party components remain subject to the rights and license terms of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to commercially use the Developer’s or Logosmind’s trademarks, trade names, logos, branding, or other identifiers without prior written permission.
11. Availability, Updates, Regional Access and Connectivity
MewMeow Escape may be updated, modified, expanded, restricted, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
The Developer may reasonably change or remove features, levels, rewards, game modes, virtual items, balancing, interfaces, technical requirements, or other aspects of the game where necessary for development, maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, fair operation, or improvement of the player experience.
Updates may be required to continue using some or all features of MewMeow Escape. The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating-system version, or platform configuration.
The availability of MewMeow Escape, virtual items, advertisements, purchases, rewards, or particular features may vary by country or region due to legal requirements, platform availability, third-party-service availability, technical limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If you change your country or region, certain features, virtual items, purchases, advertisements, or content previously available to you may no longer be available where permitted or required by applicable law.
MewMeow Escape may require an internet, Wi-Fi, or mobile-data connection for certain functionality. You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection and for any data, mobile-carrier, internet-service-provider, or other third-party charges associated with your use of the game.
The availability of the game may also depend on third-party platforms, advertising providers, network connectivity, device capabilities, or circumstances outside the Developer’s reasonable control.
Where reasonably necessary, the Developer may temporarily suspend access to the game or particular features for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or platform-related reasons.
If MewMeow Escape or a material paid feature is permanently discontinued, the Developer will take any steps required by applicable law and applicable platform rules regarding affected paid transactions or virtual items.
Nothing in this Section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Developer may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to MewMeow Escape or particular features if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the game, engage in fraud or abuse, manipulate game systems, create a security or legal risk, or if suspension, restriction, or termination is reasonably required by applicable law, a competent authority, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another applicable platform provider.
The Developer may also suspend, restrict, or terminate access where your use of MewMeow Escape may harm the Developer, other users, platform providers, advertising partners, or related services.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, the Developer may take less restrictive measures before terminating access.
Upon termination of your license, you must stop using MewMeow Escape and the rights granted under these Terms will end, except for provisions intended by their nature to survive termination.
Termination or suspension does not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Paid virtual items, completed purchases, and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to applicable law and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store rules.
Nothing in this Section permits the Developer to restrict or terminate access in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MewMeow Escape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Developer does not guarantee that MewMeow Escape will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or free from bugs, defects, delays, data loss, or other technical issues.
The Developer does not guarantee that any particular feature, level, reward, virtual item, advertisement, game mode, third-party service, or other functionality will always be available or operate in the same manner.
MewMeow Escape may rely on third-party platforms, advertising providers, software development kits, networks, stores, and other services not fully controlled by the Developer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer does not warrant the continuous availability, accuracy, security, or performance of those third-party services.
The Developer does not guarantee any particular score, reward, virtual item, achievement, ranking, or gameplay outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, game progress, virtual items, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, MewMeow Escape.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside the Developer’s reasonable control, including failures or interruptions involving the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, advertising providers, network services, device hardware, operating systems, or other third-party platforms or services.
Where the Developer is found legally liable to you despite the limitations above, the Developer’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to MewMeow Escape will, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount you paid for MewMeow Escape or in-game purchases during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) USD 100.
The limitations in this Section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unrestricted.
Nothing in this Section limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
15. Privacy and Third-Party Services
The current MewMeow Escape preview does not enable production advertising or telemetry uploads. A bounded local playtest event file remains on the device and is not automatically received by the Developer. Third-party services may be introduced for advertising, analytics, security or performance only with the disclosures and privacy controls described in the Privacy Policy.
These third-party services may collect or receive certain information from or about your device and your use of MewMeow Escape, subject to applicable law, platform requirements, your privacy choices, and the Developer’s Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be collected, the purposes for which information is used, the categories of third parties that may receive information, and the privacy rights and choices that may be available to you.
Where applicable law or platform rules require consent, permission, opt-out rights, or other privacy controls, MewMeow Escape will provide or support the required mechanisms as applicable.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, and technical practices. The Developer does not control all aspects of those services.
Your use of MewMeow Escape is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
16. Apple and Google Platform Terms
If you download or access MewMeow Escape through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the game is also subject to the applicable terms, rules, and policies of that platform.
The Developer, and not Apple or Google, is responsible for MewMeow Escape and for providing any support or maintenance required by applicable law, except to the extent that the relevant platform expressly assumes responsibility under its own terms.
Apple and Google are not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging claims relating to MewMeow Escape, except where applicable platform terms or law provide otherwise.
If MewMeow Escape fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, you may have rights or remedies under applicable law or the relevant platform’s procedures.
Any refund or other remedy provided by Apple or Google is subject to that platform’s applicable rules and procedures.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms governing your device, network connection, Apple App Store account, or Google Play account.
For copies of MewMeow Escape obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple’s applicable terms and may enforce the relevant provisions of these Terms against you.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
For current App Store copies, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These publisher Terms supplement the applicable platform licence; they do not announce a custom App Store EULA.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to MewMeow Escape or these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of Turkish law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region of residence and that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or MewMeow Escape.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before another court, regulatory authority, consumer protection body, or competent authority where applicable mandatory law gives the consumer a non-waivable right to do so.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Developer using the contact information provided in these Terms.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief where reasonably necessary to protect intellectual property, security, or other rights requiring immediate protection.
18. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to MewMeow Escape, applicable law, platform requirements, business practices, security needs, or other reasonable operational reasons.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will display an updated “Effective” or “Last Updated” date.
Where applicable law or platform requirements require additional notice or consent for a material change, the Developer will provide such notice or obtain such consent as required.
Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
Your continued use of MewMeow Escape after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using MewMeow Escape.
Nothing in this Section permits the Developer to retroactively remove or materially reduce rights relating to completed paid transactions where such action is prohibited by applicable law.
19. General Terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular feature, purchase, promotion, or service, constitute the agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of MewMeow Escape.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The Developer’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Developer’s prior written consent.
The Developer may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a sale, transfer, reorganization, incorporation, or other change involving MewMeow Escape or the Developer’s business, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, accrued rights and obligations, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.
20. User Responsibility and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your use of MewMeow Escape and for violations of these Terms resulting from your own acts or omissions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from direct losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from a third-party claim resulting from:
(a) your material breach of these Terms;
(b) your unlawful or fraudulent use of MewMeow Escape;
(c) your infringement or violation of a third party’s intellectual-property or other legal rights; or
(d) your intentional misuse of MewMeow Escape or its systems.
You are not required to indemnify the Developer for losses resulting from the Developer’s own fraud, willful misconduct, negligence to the extent liability for such negligence cannot lawfully be shifted to you, or matters for which you are not legally responsible.
The Developer will take reasonable steps to mitigate losses for which indemnification is sought.
21. Health and Safety Warning
A small number of people may experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movement, seizures, motion discomfort, or similar symptoms when exposed to certain visual patterns, flashing effects, animations, or video-game content.
If you experience any such symptoms while using MewMeow Escape, stop playing and seek appropriate medical advice before resuming use.
If you know that you have a condition that may be affected by flashing lights, visual patterns, or video games, consider seeking medical advice before playing.
Players should use reasonable judgment and take appropriate breaks during extended play.
22. Export, Sanctions and Legal Restrictions
You may not download, access, use, export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise make MewMeow Escape available in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, trade-restriction, or other applicable laws.
You may not use MewMeow Escape if applicable law prohibits the Developer from providing the game or related services to you.
The availability of MewMeow Escape, purchases, virtual items, advertising, or particular features may therefore be restricted in certain countries, territories, or circumstances.
The Developer may restrict access or transactions where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, sanctions requirements, platform restrictions, or binding governmental orders.
23. Information for Users in Japan
Users located in Japan may be provided with additional disclosures, notices, or information required under applicable Japanese law.
Such disclosures may be made available through MewMeow Escape, the applicable app-store listing, the Developer’s website, purchase interfaces, or a separate disclosure page and will apply to users in Japan where required by law.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory rights available to users in Japan under applicable Japanese law.
24. Contact and Developer Information
MewMeow Escape is developed and published by Mehdi YILDIRIM and is made available under the Logosmind storefront and brand.
Logosmind is a commercial name and storefront used by the Developer and is not a separate legal entity.
