1. The game and its publisher
Gypsy’s Maze is developed and published by Mehdi YILDIRIM under the Logosmind brand, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. These terms describe permitted use of the game and its webpages. Distribution platform terms also apply. Contact support@logosmind.app with questions.
2. Use and intellectual property
You may use a lawfully obtained copy for personal entertainment in accordance with applicable law and platform rules. The game, artwork, text and audio are protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. This permission does not transfer ownership. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, bypass protections or misuse the game or its services. Rights granted by law and third-party licenses are preserved; see Third-Party Notices.
3. Fictional play and local progress
Tarot readings, teeth, candles, relics and other game items are fictional mechanics. They are not financial, medical or other professional advice. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Current builds do not include in-app purchases. Local progress depends on the device and may be lost if app data is removed. Preview builds, balance and features may change.
4. Advertising and privacy
Builds may show interstitial ads between gameplay steps and optional rewarded ads. The reward is described before you choose to watch: one candle in the same run, once per run. A cancelled, failed or unavailable ad does not award a candle. Ad availability and reward confirmation depend on third-party services and connectivity. Do not fraudulently obtain rewards. 5. Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the game working, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, preview feature or third-party service will always be supported. Updates may fix defects and adjust gameplay. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, or limits liability where applicable law prohibits doing so. Mandatory protections in your jurisdiction take precedence.
6. Changes and contact
Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided. Questions, issues and privacy requests can be raised using the Support page. Take breaks and use available effect settings if flashing imagery or motion causes discomfort.
