Email support@logosmind.app with “Gypsy’s Maze” in the subject. Include the app version/build, device model, operating system, language and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot or run seed can help. Do not send passwords, receipts or authentication tokens.

Progress and continuation

Runs are saved at stable checkpoints. Continue returns to the saved run. If you stop in the middle of a spread, the checkpoint is restored; the seed and random state stay with the run. Local data is not connected to a developer account and cannot be restored from our servers. Avoid deleting the app or its data while troubleshooting.

Ads and missing rewards

The one-candle offer is optional and can be used once per run. An ad must finish and confirm that a reward was earned. If an ad cannot load, you can retry or end the run. If a confirmed reward could not be saved, the app retains its local confirmation for retry. Include the approximate time and build in a support request; do not repeatedly reinstall the app.

Language, sound and effects

Use Options to change English/Turkish, audio, haptics and available effects. The current run is saved before a language change. The game uses flashing and CRT-style effects; adjust the available visual settings and stop playing if they cause discomfort.
