1. Who is responsible?

Mehdi YILDIRIM, an independent developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye, publishes Gypsy’s Maze under the Logosmind name. Logosmind is a publishing brand, not a separate legal entity. This policy covers the game’s development, test and public builds, its webpages and related support correspondence.

The information below describes the configuration prepared on 30 September 2026. Features and platforms depend on the build you use. The game is in development; a webpage describing a feature does not mean that a public release is available.

2. Local progress and rewards

The game stores settings, language, profile progress, owned cosmetic selections and a resumable run on your device. A run checkpoint includes its seed, random-number state, stage, cards, relics, combo levels, teeth, candles and shop state. These records make Continue possible without rerolling the run.

Ad-enabled iOS builds also keep a random reward-request token and a local receipt journal recording whether a rewarded ad earned its one-candle continuation. This prevents lost or duplicate rewards. The journal is local; the game does not send your run save or reward token to a Logosmind server or use the token as an advertising identifier.

No developer account, cloud save, leaderboard, purchase integration or separate gameplay analytics service is included in the current configuration. Removing the app’s data removes its local progress, subject to your device and platform backup settings.

3. Advertising and regional consent

Ad-enabled iOS builds use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). An interstitial may appear after every third won reading, between gameplay steps. An optional rewarded ad can restore one candle in the same run, once per run. Closing or failing an ad does not earn the reward. You may end the run without watching it.

UMP checks whether a regional privacy message is required before ad requests. Where presented, you can accept, reject or manage available purposes and partners. Use Options → Ad Privacy Choices to reopen the privacy form when required. Your choices affect which ads can be requested; refusing consent does not guarantee that every type of limited or contextual advertising is unavailable.

Google’s advertising services may receive network addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app- or device-scoped identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The exact processing depends on the platform, consent choices and SDK configuration. The current integration does not request Apple’s tracking permission or enable the publisher first-party ID feature. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location. These limits do not mean that ads process no data. Test builds use Google’s test ad units; production units are reserved for verified App Store distribution. The current Android test build has no AdMob integration.

4. Platforms and this website

Apple and other distribution platforms may process downloads, testing feedback and diagnostics under their own privacy policies. A signed Apple app transaction is checked locally to distinguish test and production distribution; this integration does not send the transaction to a Logosmind backend.

Cloudflare hosts logosmind.app and may process connection metadata, including IP address, requested URL and browser information, for delivery and security. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for website performance and aggregate traffic. Website processing is separate from the game’s local save and in-app ad choices. 5. Support, sharing and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer the request, investigate a problem and keep necessary correspondence. Send only the details needed; do not send passwords, receipts, authentication tokens or unrelated personal information.

We use service providers for email, hosting and advertising and may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and services. Providers may process information outside your country. They apply their own retention practices and relevant safeguards. We retain support correspondence only as needed to address the request and meet applicable obligations; ask us to delete it when no longer needed. Local saves remain on your device until overwritten or removed.

6. Your choices and rights

Where applicable, consent supports advertising purposes requiring it; legitimate interests support service security and responding to support, and legal obligations may require certain records. You can revisit the available ad choices without changing your local run. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent privacy authority. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, and we cannot retrieve a local run that has never been sent to us.

The game’s tarot imagery is fictional entertainment. Check the store’s age rating and use appropriate supervision for younger players. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Policy changes are dated on this page; material changes requiring notice or consent will be handled as applicable.
