Email support@logosmind.app with “Gooby” in the subject. Include the app version/build, device model, iOS version, language and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot helps. Do not send passwords, receipts or authentication tokens.
Local saves and TestFlight
Your gooby lives on your device and keeps living while the app is closed: when you come back, the game catches up on what it did (up to a day). There is no developer account or cloud save to restore it from our servers, so do not delete the app or its data while troubleshooting. Gooby: Pet Sim is currently TestFlight-only, so features and balance can change during testing.
Widget, Live Activity, “Gooby beside me” and gooby texts
Widgets show a forecast of your gooby and refresh when you open the game. The Live Activity runs for up to about eight hours at a time, as iOS allows, and starts again when you open the game. “Gooby beside me” needs a device that supports picture-in-picture and iOS Settings → General → Picture in Picture → Start PiP Automatically. Gooby texts never arrive between 10 pm and 9 am. Each of these can be switched off in the game’s settings.

Widget’lar gooby’nin tahminini gösterir ve oyunu açınca yenilenir. Canlı Etkinlik iOS’un izin verdiği kadar, bir seferde yaklaşık sekiz saat sürer ve oyunu açınca yeniden başlar. “Gooby yanımda” için cihazın resim içinde resmi desteklemeli ve iOS Ayarlar → Genel → Resim İçinde Resim → Otomatik Başlat açık olmalı. Gooby mesajları 22.00–09.00 arası gelmez. Hepsi oyun ayarlarından kapatılabilir.
