For a match issue, include the mode and team format. Screenshots or a short recording can help; omit passwords, authentication codes and private information.
Keep your progress safe
Progress and customisation are saved on your device. There is no cloud save or account recovery, so avoid deleting the app or its data while troubleshooting. Restarting the app is safer than reinstalling it.
Practice and ads
Use Training from the home screen to practice shooting and skills without a rival or match timer. You can replay the tutorial or reset the practice ground from the pause menu. If an earned ad reward seems missing, reopen the app once and report the result; do not clear your saved data.
