1. Quick help
Contact support@logosmind.app. Include your app version, device and iOS version, what happened and the stage or run seed if available. A screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
If the game stops responding, close and reopen it. Avoid deleting the app as an initial troubleshooting step: that may erase your local run. TestFlight feedback can also be sent through Apple’s TestFlight app.
2. Flippers, bumpers and enemy attacks
The 3–2–1 countdown serves the ball. Tap or hold LEFT and RIGHT independently to operate the flippers. The right spring provides an alternative for launch power and aim. The launch lane closes after the ball enters the board.
The glowing round objects are bumpers: hitting them rebounds the ball and charges PULSE. Filling the meter strikes enemies and clears a ball curse. Tap a bumper or a power slot to inspect its effect.
Hit an enemy while it winds up to interrupt. Sound waves and fists push the ball downward; shields block a hit; purple curse effects weaken the ball; some bosses summon more enemies. Watch the intent label and animation.
3. Runs, waves and the Night Market
A round can contain multiple waves. The quake warning signals incoming enemies. Clear every wave in the round to open the Night Market. A drained ball applies damage from surviving enemies and serves again if you still have health. Zero health ends the run.
Every new run starts at zero gold. The Night Market spends only earned gold. Tap a card to hear the broker explain it. Permanent powers last for that run; single-use items and helpers have the durations shown on their cards. Route choices display the next encounter’s risk and clear reward.
4. Continue Stage and local progress
Use Continue Stage from the main menu to resume the saved run. Stage, health, gold, enemies and remaining item charges are retained; the ball is safely re-served. There is no account or developer-operated cloud save.
If you left with critically low health, the doorman may offer a stage replay for the displayed amount of earned gold, or a new run. This is an in-game rule, not a real-money charge. Starting a new run replaces the previous run. Deleting app data can erase progress.
5. Free act, Full Game and developer support
Vesperline includes a replayable free first act: three rounds and the first boss. Full Game opens the remaining eleven acts. At the free boundary, the current run is kept so you can continue after unlocking. A separate Support the Developer purchase does not unlock the game, ad-free rights or Founder status, and grants no gold, health or combat advantages. Full Game owners keep an ad-free game if advertising arrives later.
In a purchase-enabled App Store build, open FULL GAME & SUPPORT on the main menu. Apple supplies localized prices and confirms each purchase. If products are unavailable, retry with a connection; no placeholder price is charged. Pending approval, cancellation or a failed request does not delete your run.
For an existing Full Game purchase, choose Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account. Restoration restores the unlock, not deleted run progress or consumed support purchases. For billing or refunds, visit Apple’s purchase support. TestFlight transactions are sandbox transactions and do not charge real money.
6. Display, sound and haptics
Open Settings for Clean Display, Reduce Motion, High Contrast, Larger Text, music, sound and haptic controls. Clean Display removes the analog presentation; Reduce Motion reduces decorative drift, parallax and shake. Enemy movement and essential game feedback remain visible.
If sound is missing, check the game’s audio toggles and device audio output. Menu music is intentionally quieter. Haptics and tilt effects depend on device support and settings.
7. Privacy and legal information
The first release has no advertising. Full Game owners keep an ad-free game if advertising is introduced later. Read the Privacy Policy, Privacy Choices, Terms of Use and third-party credits. Privacy enquiries: mehdi.yildirim@logosmind.app.
