A little play. Clear rules.

1. The game and publisher

Sunny Bites is developed and published by Mehdi YILDIRIM under the Logosmind name, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. These terms cover personal use of the game and its webpages. The terms of the store from which you obtain the game also apply.

2. Personal play and game items

Sunny Bites is for users aged 13 and over. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the game with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision as required by applicable law.

Gold, Diamonds, decorations and gifts are virtual game content for personal entertainment. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. The artwork, characters, text and audio remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights.

3. Progress and privacy

Progress and settings are saved on your device. Removing the app or its data can remove local progress. Advertising and optional analytics have separate controls described in the game’s Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

Rewarded ads begin when you choose an offer. The displayed reward is granted after the advertising service confirms it was earned. Other ads may appear at breaks between play; available privacy choices are explained in the game.

5. Purchases

Where an in-app purchase is offered, its contents, price and currency are shown in the game and the store confirmation sheet before payment. Store rules and applicable consumer rights govern billing and refunds. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s test environment and do not charge real money.

An optional Google Play developer-support tip, when offered, provides no items, currency or access to game content. Consumable purchases are not restored as permanent entitlements.

6. Updates and your rights

Features and content may change as the game develops. Use the game lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
