1. Open your choices in the game
Open Settings → Ad Privacy. When Google UMP reports available choices, select Manage. If the check fails, select Retry. If no additional form is required, the row explains that status.
A website cannot change the advertising choice stored by the provider in the app on your device.
2. The first-launch button is not ad consent
CONTINUE on the Prism Gardens first-launch notice records only that the notice was acknowledged. It does not record Terms assent, age or parental verification, or advertising consent. The notice version stays on your device; if saving fails, you can continue for that session and will see the notice again next time. You can revisit the documents under Settings → Legal & Privacy.
After the notice closes, a separate Ad Privacy screen checks Google UMP. Required forms open on a safe menu. If checking fails or takes more than 15 seconds, Play Without Ads lets you continue with ads disabled for that session; unfinished choices are checked at the next launch. A late response cannot open a form over your puzzle. Returning players also receive a fresh privacy check.
3. What a privacy choice changes
Accepting the Terms, parental permission to play and permission for personal-information processing are separate matters. Where the law, platform or provider prohibits personalized advertising to minors, it must not be served. A privacy choice cannot override an age-based restriction.
Available controls and wording depend on region, provider configuration and applicable requirements. A choice may change which information is used and how an ad is selected. Choosing non-personalized advertising does not necessarily mean no ad will appear.
Prism Gardens does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission or use IDFA for cross-app tracking. This configuration keeps ad personalization off even if a provider form offers broader choices. See the Privacy Policy for the categories of data Google says its mobile ad services may process.
4. Ads never gate a garden
If an ad is unavailable or fails, the normal game transition continues immediately. If the startup privacy check fails or is slow, use Play Without Ads. An open native privacy form keeps ownership until it closes. Your completed garden and local progress remain intact.
5. Get help
If the privacy-options entry is missing from a build that includes ads even though a provider message says it should be available, contact mehdi.yildirim@logosmind.app. Include app version, build number, device model and country or region.
